Join us for Safeguarding Training, a comprehensive event designed to give any and all adults in the church skills to contribute to the safety of the Skagit community. This is especially important for our church leaders. The training will focus on the necessary tools to recognize, prevent, and respond to abuse in a godly way, as well as care for survivors.
This training will address common forms of abuse with a particular focus on abuse within the church setting. All those in ministry leadership and volunteers serving in pivotal roles in the church are encouraged to attend.
